Unexpected loss of client projects

Morning folks,

We've just lost ALL our projects (50+ projects) for our clients. Can you please help me solve this? Tickets submitted to support, and an email has been sent. Preffered method of communication is phone (details on ticket).

@Kaleb Roberts writing to let you know we see your requests/emails. No need for a phone call. I’m 99% certain the projects are safe. I’ll have everything restored for you within 15 mins.
