Canceled free trial resulted in hefty charge

Hello πŸ‘‹ I canceled my free trial but still got a hefty charge. Could someone help me solve this issue?

What day did you cancel and what day was your plan set to renew?

Did you receive any kind of confirmation email after cancelling?

If you have the time to help me I would greatly appreciate it otherwise no worries.

Trial was started 6/23 and would've ended 6/30, I cancelled on 6/28. Did not get any confirmation email after cancelling
