I got a prospect who wants a Webflow site to sell home tests with following therapy. The user should be able to login to their dashboard, where they can upload bloodtests (form) and have access to a ticket system (Freshdesk?). Does somebody know if and how it is possible to integrate a shop with products + dashboard and ticket system integration? I was thinking about using Freshdesk embed on dashboard? But can you somehow sync the membership (Memberstack/Shopify) with Freshdesk, so if someone logs into their dashboard on the Webflow site it automatically logs them into the Freshdesk embed? Or do you have other recommendations?
@Andy Bittner is freshdesk already locked in or was that just the first support ticket system you had thought of or?
I ask because I thought maybe Outseta would be a good solution for this and it might still be a good one as it would handle almost all of this. The only thing it doesn't appear to handle is this idea of displaying a list of tickets to the logged in user.
@Matt No nothing is locked in yet, besides Webflow as base. Can you explain what Outseta can provide?
