@Christian Schmitt in most instances of this happening its usually localised to the user and not something that is wide spread or even something we can even try to resolve on our end, unfortunately. There's a long list of reasons why this could be happening and I dont have any confirmed reasons yet either.
I know, this was a shit response...wish I had something more for you on this one Christian...
