🆘 Hey Relume support folks, we're having issues accessing the full e-comm/marketing libraries and getting intermittent error messages. Is there an issue we can work on to be resolved or am I doing something wrong on my side?

So are these two separate things then?
If so, the filters section you are looking for is not in the Relume Site Builder because it requires you to nest things and we don't have that ability to do that in site builder.
As for the other bug, if unrelated, can you let me know which component you were adding or what you were doing right before you received this error? That will help us track down where the bug might be.
Unfortunately, the only immediate workaround for this bug would be to not add this component in Site Builder, but to import into Figma or Webflow and add those components into your designs at that point.
Yes the error message was separate, that's now resolved 🙂
Understood. Will get the wireframes to 80% in relume and then Import into Figma for customising. turns out that the "Filters2' isn't available in the Relume library although it is in the Webflow library, that's why I couldn't find it in the sitebuilder 👀

We might be using different terms, which is totally fine - but can you let me know what you mean by "isn't available in the Relume library"? - Maybe a screenshot or link to what you are referencing here. Glad to hear that other error was resolved as that one would have likely taken awhile.
Got it, yeah its intentionally not in that list of components in site builder for sure. And yeah, definitely available in the figma kit and in the webflow library of components as well as our chrome extension library.
