Starter plan limits and changes

A community member has had a starter plan with a 3-project limit for 740 days, but they have noticed that they are limited on the number of pages they can use within these 3 projects. They thought they were grandfathered into this plan since they have been with the service from early on.

Another community member responds that the original poster will "100% be Grandfathered" and asks them to send a direct message with their account email so they can sort out the issue. The original poster sends a direct message and thanks the other community member.

However, in a later comment, the original poster states that they are still receiving the message about the page limit and are unable to use more than five pages on a new project.
