Reactivating service after missed payments

Hey guys, I seem to have had a similar issue as I've had in the past (completely my fault for missing payments and not turning off service). I've tried to fix up payment now and it's still wanting me to action something that I can't see. Invoice from december has been paid but cannot reactivate service. Probably in the wrong section, but I appreciate any assistance! ❤
