No Response from Relume Support Regarding Refund
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble getting a response from Relume regarding a refund. I sent an email to support@relume.io three days ago, but I haven’t received any reply.
It just automatically subscribed to a yearly membership, charging me a lot. I’m in a tough spot, urgently needing this refund for my living expenses.
Has anyone here successfully received a refund from Relume? If so, how long did it take? Is there another way to contact them?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
